Product Information
Square Modern reserves the right to offer special promotions and discounts on any and all products. All products are considered "limited edition" products which are restricted in quantity and when sold out cannot be re-ordered. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Pricing/Payments
Prices are indicated in Euros and Square Modern reserves the right to modify prices. However, products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the order, and sold at that price subject to their availability. Checkout totals include all taxes, shipping and handling. Product payments are accepted with Paypal only.
Shipping
We are able to ship to any address worldwide. Once the item has been pre-ordered via Paypal, items will be shipped out within 72 hours. Customs duties or other local or import taxes may apply for any order shipped outside of France. The customer bears sole responsibility for such duties and sums.
Exchanges/Returns
Merchandise purchased from Square Modern may be returned for credit only within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not issued, except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. All orders must be inspected upon delivery. Damages or defects must be reported within 72 hours of receipt to info@squaremodern.com and replacements will be promptly arranged. Shipping fees for exchange items will be the sole responsibility of the customer. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and original packaging. As the goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our premises, we suggest using a traceable carrier when shipping to France.
Privacy Policy
Square Modern reserves the right to collect customer information in order to process orders and inform of new products, sales and other pertinent information related to Square Modern. However, we will not share this information with third parties. By using our site, you consent to these conditions.
